We want you to know that we appreciate your business! Pacific Driver Education is a small, family-run company and we love helping our neighbors drive safely on the road. We opened our doors in 2011, with the mission of providing quality driver training to both teens and adults. It is highly rewarding for us to have the opportunity of working with clients from Oregon and quite literally, around the world. Our goal with every client is to help prepare them for a lifetime of low-risk driving. We consider it an honor to be a part of our community and strive to provide services that exceed our customer’s expectations. Thank you for your continued patience and support through the difficult times that have been brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.
VOICE MAIL MESSAGES
We have taken over a great deal of the services previously offered by DMV and are therefore overwhelmed with phone calls. We only have a two-person support staff and they may not be able to return every message. If that is the case it will be faster to send us an eMail message to this address: Support@PacificDriverEducation.com
We are currently booked out until the end of this year for DMV Drive Tests. We know this is hard to hear, but we are working on several ways to help with this situation. One thing we are doing is training new examiners. Once these new examiners are in place, there will be openings in our schedules over the next couple of months. We try to open registrations up each Monday, so watch our registration page by clicking on the link above.
If you pass a driving test with us, you must make an appointment with DMV to have them issue your license. Please refer to www.oregon.gov/ODOT/DMV/ for more information as their process changes often.
In-person classroom sessions have ceased due to social distancing requirements. We have moved the driver education curriculum over to our proprietary online Learning Management System. We have a course for teens and adults. Participants in either of the online courses can expect to access self-paced learning modules. If you sign up for behind the wheel lessons in addition to the online course, we ask that you complete at least 50% of the online modules before your first drive lesson.
We are offering private drive lessons in both the Gresham office and the Beaverton office. Please note that we are booked out for several weeks in both locations. You can read more about our drive lessons by clicking the link above.
If you need to contact us keep in mind that our phone call volume is higher than we can keep up with, so it would be best to send an eMail to this address:
